Guess what happened today...
NAPFA!!!
I was still aching from the basketball game on tuesday...
The first station today was shuttle run...
And sad to say, i cannot pass it well..
First attempt is 11.13..
Second attempt was worst so the first attempt timing was taken..
Second station was sit up...
The person who was holding my leg was someone i dunno...
When i was doing until the 6 or 7 then that person said
"Elbow must touch knee"
Wa lao.. So stingy la... So no give face...
Ok never mind.. I wont give face also..
I did 34 in total...
Next is his turn..
Talk so much and in the end he only did 27...
Talk until like some instuctor like that...
Third station.. Standing board jump.. 2 attempt each..
First attempt wasnt good.. 200
Second attempt wasnt any better too..
208.. At least its a pass.. 1 point..
Fourth station... Sit and reach..
Suppose to be one of the easiest to score...
Today i dint do well..
Only 38.. Which last training i did 40+
Fifth station.. Pull up!!!
Alot of people die here...
Well, today pull up was kinda imba
Actual pull up i did was actually only 2..
But those near bar that person also count...
So in the end my result is 4.. lol..

Which more people die...
Well, i failed!
Not surprising as i am not actually someone who is able to run...
Well, i improve by near 30 second since the last time...
Which is like around 15.30 ba..
Not to sure of it too...
Well, i tried my best le..
So nothing much to say...
After that went to play basketball again!
Gosh real tired...
VPP ending soon...
But nothing to show..
Wondered what i have done during this period of time...
