Today was an interesting day…
Firstly, I started my day off with a ‘morning’ call from ks..
Asking if I wanna work…
The person is finding someone as a replacement due to some causes..
So I was told to go work almost immediately.. last minute..
Its at OCBC building… near raffles..
I was told by the boss to cab down and he will pay for the taxi fare…
Ok, washed up and out of house…
Waited for quite some time for the cab but none seems to come…
After awhile, I walk down the road to wait for taxi…
And guess what, not long after 2 guys was waiting at my original place..
Which means if there is a cab, they will get to board it first…
A cab came, ping at them with the flash light.. but they did not respond…
It was a yellow top I think, the shape of the car is kinda weird..
Something like a van? Well, not sure how to describe it…
But the thing is, I know that kinda cab is very rare in Singapore..
So when the 2 guys did not respond, the driver drove off…
So in the end I boarded the cab…
The driver started off with a ‘Good Morning, had your coffee’
Kinda surprise… After that, he kept complaining about the 2 guys who ‘rejected’ him…
Kept saying that his car is very powerful…
Lots of talking by the driver so I don’t think I will write them all down…
So off to OCBC building…
Saw the boss and went up the building…
Guess which floor? 50TH FLOOR!!
Going up on the lift is like sitting aeroplane…
My ear!!!
After talking for some long, its time to say what I am selling…
I am selling honey… SUMMER HONEY…
It’s a honey from Thailand…
Set-up and after that went to the toilet…
Walk past a few booths there and guess who I saw…
Pei Jun… She is working there as well…
The world is just so small…
The boss is an interesting man…
I dunno how to describe him…
But he really has his own way of doing his business
After ks finish his work, he came and find the boss to chit-chat too…
Learn quite some stuff about honey today…
Though is only a 1day work…
Its always good to learn new stuff right?
